The game
The daily puzzle is free. Scores are checked on our server; we may remove scores or names that cheat, impersonate someone, or are offensive.
Cruxword Plus
- Plans. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. The Founding Member plan is a one-time payment for Plus for as long as Cruxword runs.
- Free trial. First-time subscribers get 14 days free. We email a reminder before the trial ends. Cancel before it ends and you pay nothing.
- Cancelling. Cancel any time from Manage Plus (the Stripe billing page). Plus stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
- Refunds. If something went wrong, write to support@cruxword.com within 14 days of a charge and we will make it right. Where your local law gives you more rights, those apply.
- Prices and taxes. Prices are shown before you pay. Sales tax or VAT is added at checkout where it applies. We will give at least 30 days' notice of any price change to an existing subscription.
- Features. Plus features may change and grow. We won't remove the core of what you paid for (the archive and practice racks) during a paid period.
Emails
We email only people who signed up and confirmed. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
No warranty
Cruxword is provided as is. We work to keep it running but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
